When it prints out, it is actually a manufacturer's coupon, not a Target coupon. So, this can be used anywhere coupons are accepted. Most Hot Wheels retail for just under $1 at Walmart .. so FREE HOT WHEEL!
This coupon was not showing up for me at first .. I kept having to go back and check. So, if it doesn't show up right away, keep checking :)
